How we handle inquiry information

This page covers the information you send through the inquiry form on oleronlabs.com, or by email to hello@oleronlabs.com.

What we collect

Your name, your work email, your organization if you give it, and your description of what you'd like to improve. We ask you not to include confidential matter details.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry and discuss whether we can help. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your information for marketing.

Who sees it

The Oleron Labs team members who answer inquiries. The form's data is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase), which hosts this site, and is delivered to our team by email through Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are deleted 30 days after we receive them, unless the conversation becomes a project. If it does, we keep the details as part of that project's records.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count page views and button clicks without identifying you: no names, email addresses or message text are included in those counts.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your inquiry deleted sooner, write to hello@oleronlabs.com.
